Whole Raw
A fresh lobster that retains all the raw flesh properties in texture and colour. Chefs and household cuisine enthusiasts can prepare it in a variety of ways to suit their desired taste and preferences.
Whole Blanched
A fresh lobster that has been briefly cooked and then immediately chilled and tunnel frozen to retain maximum quality. The meat is slightly white in colour and detaches easily from the shell. The cooking process can be complete on location and prepared to desired taste and preference.
Whole Cooked
A fresh lobster that has been fully cooked and is ready to eat. The meat is of deliciously looking red and black hue consumers have come to expect. The lobster is easily thawed and served cold or can be slightly heated and prepared as desired. It's a convenient solution for those who want to enjoy lobster without having to do the cooking.

Our entire lobster packaging process is designed to ensure that our customers receive the freshest, highest quality product possible. Once the lobsters arrive at our plant, they are carefully inspected and sorted to ensure that only the best make it to our processing line. After the lobsters are carefully selected, they are quickly and humanely prepared before being placed in a protective mesh netting. This netting allows for excellent ventilation and protects the lobsters during the preparation steps of cooling and tunnel freezing. Once the lobsters are completely frozen, they are carefully packaged in boxes that are designed to maintain the optimal temperature and protection during shipping. One of the benefits of our packaging process is that we can adjust the quantities shipped to meet our customers' specific needs.
